In the unlikely event that your Bilum bag is damaged or needs repair, we’re happy to assess and repair any issues caused by normal wear and tear within the first year of purchase, covered under our warranty.

For repairs outside this period or damage caused by the owner, the repair costs will be the owner's responsibility. If your bag needs fixing, reach out with details, and we’ll provide a quote.

We also offer repair services for Bilum bags not purchased from Project Two Mile, available for a fee. We love all Bilum bags and want yours to become an heirloom, carrying its story for years to come. If your bag needs a little care to keep it going, we’d love to help restore it so it can continue to be treasured for generations.
