Returns

If you’re unsure about an item or its dimensions, feel free to email us at mail@projecttwomile.com.au, and we’ll be happy to assist before you make a purchase.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order and your item is eligible for a return, please email us within 14 days of delivery to request authorization. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns if we are not notified within this timeframe.

Returned items must be in original condition and carefully repacked as they were received. Project Two Mile reserves the right to refuse returns if items appear worn, used, or damaged.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged returns. Please keep your postage receipt and tracking number until your refund has been processed.

Refunds are typically issued within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email mail@projecttwomile.com.au within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

International Returns

Project Two Mile is based in Australia. If returning an item from outside Australia, please clearly mark the package with "RETURNED GOODS" and your original order number to avoid customs delays.

Exchanges

We do offer exchanges! If you’d like to swap an item, please contact us at mail@projecttwomile.com.au to arrange one. Postage costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Late Deliveries

Most orders arrive on time, but delays can occasionally happen. Please check your tracking information first. If your package is significantly delayed and the courier is unable to resolve the issue, feel free to reach out—we’ll do our best to assist.
